After you have booked tour and hotel room with ASIA VI PA travel & tour, you will receive mail from us for confirming the room availability within 24 hours. When we secure your room availability, your credit card will be needed for charging. When your credit card is charged, you will received another mail to reconfirm your booking with us. But you are able to cancel them by sending your mail with your personal and booking information to md(@)asiavipa.com.
You can cancel or amend your booking with ASIA VI PA travel & tour. See our policy below: If you cancel from your booking dates to 15 days before your check in date, 20% of your total price will be charged from your room and tour fee + hotel policy.
If you cancel or amend from 14 to 8 days before your check in dates, 30% of your total price will be charged from your room and tour fee + 1 room night or all room night fees will be charged depends on hotel policy.
If you cancel or amend 7 days or less after your check in dates, 50% of your total price will be charged from your room and tour fees + 1 room night or all room night fees will be charged depends on hotel policy.
if you have booked your room or tour with us, and you do not check in, this is call ‘no show’, for no show 100% of your booking price will be charged both tour and room booking.
